Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website 27.studio, published by 27 Studio, a sole proprietorship (see the legal notice). By browsing the website, you accept them. They only cover the use of the website: each 27 Studio assignment is subject to a quote and specific terms signed separately.
Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge, without creating an account. 27 Studio may modify, suspend or interrupt it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without any right to compensation.
Content and demos
The case studies describe real work, presented with the consent of the clients concerned, or demos flagged as such and built with fictitious data. The durations, prices and examples quoted are given for information only and only bind 27 Studio once included in a signed quote.
The interactive demos (configurator, tools) are there to illustrate know-how. The quotes, prices and shares they display are fictitious and have no contractual value.
Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, visuals, mock-ups, videos, demo code) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse without the written permission of 27 Studio is prohibited. Clients’ trademarks and logos remain the property of their owners.
Forms
The project and review forms are used to exchange with 27 Studio. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to submit unlawful content or malicious files. The processing of this information is described in the privacy policy.
External links
The website links to client and partner websites. 27 Studio does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
Liability
27 Studio takes care to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. It cannot be held liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory rules. The French version of these terms prevails.
