Data controller
The data controller is 27 Studio, a sole proprietorship whose full identity appears in the legal notice. For any question: hello@27studio.fr.
What we collect
The website only collects data if you describe your project in the project form or if you write to us. We then receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, answers to the questions and, if you attach one, your logo.
The website sets no cookies and contains no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker.
Client reviews
If you leave a review through the form sent to you, we receive your name, job title, company, email address, rating, answers and, where applicable, your photo or logo. Your review is only published according to the choice you made in the form, and your email address never is. The legal basis for this publication is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time; the review is then removed from the website.
Why
This information is used solely to study your request, reply to you and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. It is never sold, rented or used for prospecting without your consent.
Who receives it
Only 27 Studio has access to it. The form is transmitted by Netlify, Inc., the website host, which acts as a processor and may process the data in the United States. This transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Netlify adheres.
When a project involves a partner, your information is only shared with them with your consent.
How long
Requests that lead nowhere are deleted three years after our last exchange. Data from a completed project is kept for the duration of the relationship, then according to the legal retention periods for commercial and accounting documents.
Technical logs
Like any host, Netlify records technical data at each visit (IP address, browser, page requested, date) to keep the website running and secure. 27 Studio does not use these logs to identify you or to measure audience. Their retention period falls under Netlify’s policy.
The website loads no resources from third-party services: fonts, scripts, images and the 3D engine are hosted on the same server as the website.
Cookies and trackers
The website sets no cookies and uses no trackers: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social media buttons. Only your display preference and the draft of the project form are kept in your browser (see below): they serve only the service you are using, and the regulations exempt them from consent. That is why no banner is displayed.
What the website keeps on your device
The website keeps two things in your browser’s local storage: your display choices (light or dark, animations paused), if you change them, and your answers in progress in the project form, so you can pick up later. This data stays on your device and is only sent to us when you submit. You can delete it from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, withdraw your consent or request its portability, by writing to hello@27studio.fr. We reply within one month. You can also set instructions on what happens to your data after your death. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
