From prototype to solution
The 27 sprint turns your need into a prototype, then into a bespoke solution, rolled out at your company and adopted by your teams. A senior designer leads, AI agents produce, and every step is checked. The timeframe is set before we start.
The long project is a myth
Five reasons to put the project off. None of them holds up.
Our answerOne sentence is enough. We write it with you, and it says exactly what is blocking. The prototype then builds on your content and your data.
Our answerThe first prototype arrives within days. You use it before your next progress meeting. What costs a lot is the months spent without it.
Our answerOur studio brings together the brand, the website and the business tool, which agencies keep apart. You keep one point of contact, from prototype to rollout, and the solution belongs to you.
Our answerAI agents produce, a senior designer decides and reviews. Every delivery is tested on desktop and mobile before it goes out.
Our answerThat’s where it pays off most. A precise problem calls for a precise solution, and you win back time every day. Your current software stays in place.
Three phases
Diagnostic
one dayWe listen to your request, open your files and write the problem in one sentence that you approve. You leave with a first mock-up and a firm quote.
Sprint
five to ten daysThe studio prototypes the tool, website or brand on your real files and content. The price is fixed, and you know it at the end of the diagnostic.
Rollout and training
within a few weeksWhen the prototype convinces, we build the final version and put it in place in your company, with integration, hosting and access. We train your teams to use it, then provide follow-up for a monthly fee.
The five steps
Spot. We start from your request, then observe the real work: who does what, in which file and when.
Understand. We write the problem in one sentence, and you approve it. That sentence replaces the specification.
Design. A senior designer sets the direction. The prototype is first built on your real data. The visual layer comes next and changes nothing underneath.
Check. The team tests the result on screen, on mobile and in print, and compares it with your guidelines. What remains to be done is written down in black and white.
Roll out. We put the solution in place at your company and train your teams to use it. It belongs to you, with its user guide, and no platform locks you in.
A senior designer
The person who listens to you is the one who designs and decides. No salesperson rephrases your need, and no junior team works behind the scenes. Every choice of form and substance goes through that person, and nothing leaves without their review.
The same person looks after your brand, your website and your business tools, so they stay consistent with one another. That is the difference with a mass-produced tool. The result is thought through as in an agency, and it lasts.
Partners, when needed
Some projects need more hands or sharp expertise: heavy development, integration with your software, an online shop, bespoke hosting. We then call on partners we know and have already worked with, such as the web agency Facilitech. You keep one point of contact, who coordinates the team and answers for the whole.
AI, in its place
Artificial intelligence agents handle most of the production. They do the research, the first versions, the variations and the checks. They work fast and follow a strict method. Your documents are the reference, and every step is reviewed and measured before the next.
AI speeds up production, but judgement stays human. That is what makes it possible to prototype in days what takes months elsewhere, without leaving you with a fragile solution.
What counts as reference
Your documents are the reference. We take the colours, figures and names from your files, and use them as they are. If two sources contradict each other, we flag it without deciding for you. Your data stays with you. Private deliverables stay invisible to search engines, and no password appears in the files delivered.
Frequently asked questions
01Do we need a specification?
No. One sentence, approved together, is enough. The prototype then builds on your content and your data.
02How long does it take?
Allow one day of diagnostic, then five to ten days of sprint for the prototype. Rollout and training then take a few weeks, depending on the project. We set the timeframes before we start.
03What does it cost?
The sprint has a fixed price. You know it at the end of the diagnostic, before you commit.
04And after the prototype?
If it convinces, we turn it into a final solution. We roll it out, put it in place in your company and train your teams.
05Who maintains it afterwards?
The solution belongs to you, and it is documented. Your team or another provider can take it over, or we provide the follow-up.
06Is there any funding available?
Yes, depending on your region and size. In France, a digital voucher or innovation grant can cover part of the project. The application is filed before signing the quote, and we help you prepare it.
