Do your catalogues and processes live in a spreadsheet?
We design the tool missing between your files, your teams and your customers, from prototype to rollout. Your quotes are calculated live.
What’s blocking
Your catalogue lives in a spreadsheet only one salesperson can read.
Every quote is redone by hand, with the same checks.
Three files describe the same order, and none is up to date.
Requests arrive incomplete, and you have to call the customer back to start over.
Off-the-shelf software forces its logic on you, and you pay for it every month.
What you get
A configurator with quotes
Your customer enters their vehicle, dimensions or part, and sees only the compatible options. The price follows every choice. 3D is added when it helps sell.
An online catalogue
We build it from your Excel files, your PDFs or your paper catalogue. When your prices change, it updates in a single operation.
A shared portal
Your customers, suppliers and teams all see the same version. Everyone fills in their part, and nothing gets overwritten.
A guided form
It asks one question at a time and saves every answer. The file reaches you complete.
A report on your data
It lists everything that doesn’t match in your files. You decide, and nothing is corrected without your approval.
We never invent a missing price: the tool shows “on quote”. When two of your files contradict each other, we flag it, and you decide.

The process
Diagnostic. We map who does what, in which file and when. We write the problem in one sentence, and you approve it.
Data. The team takes your real files and puts them back in order. Later updates happen in a single operation.
Logic. We write the rules, compatibilities, statuses and prices, then test them on your data.
Prototype. You first approve a rough prototype, built within days. The studio then designs it in your colours.
Rollout. When the prototype convinces, we build the final version and put it in place at your company: integration with your tools, hosting, accounts and access.
Training. Your teams learn to use the tool. They receive its user guide and the list of points still to be decided.
Follow-up. We handle maintenance and improvements, at the pace of your business.
Frequently asked questions
01Do we need to clean up our files before we start?
No. We start from your files as they are and flag anything that doesn’t match.
02Do we need to replace our management software?
No. The tool sits alongside it, right where your teams lose time today.
03Can several people use it at the same time?
Yes, if the project plans for it. The first prototype often runs on a single computer, with your real data. Rollout then opens access to several people, with accounts and hosting. It is planned from the diagnostic and quoted separately.
04Does our data stay confidential?
Yes. A password protects access, search engines don’t see the pages, and no access code appears in the files delivered.
05And after the prototype?
If it convinces, we roll the tool out in your company, train your teams and provide follow-up. The prototype is the way in, not the end of the project.
06Who maintains the tool afterwards?
The tool belongs to you, and it is documented. Your team or another provider can take it over, or we maintain it for you.
