Shared order management

An automotive equipment supplier, a carmaker and a factory tracked their orders in a single spreadsheet exchanged by email. Each held its own version, and none was the reference.

We designed and rolled out a shared management application that replaces the spreadsheet between the three companies. Each party only acts within its own scope, and an alert flags delays.

The three companies work on a single version, with no chasing. The supplier also relies on this system to answer tenders.
