29 tabs, one reliable reference

A manufacturer of commercial vehicle fit-outs managed its range in a 29-tab spreadsheet full of duplicates. Its website could not say which product suited which vehicle.

We designed a cleaned-up product reference, a search by vehicle on the website and a 3D viewer for the sales team. The viewer opens in the browser, even without a connection.

The customer finds the right product in three choices. In meetings, the salesperson presents the product as it really is, and the reference serves as a common base for the website and for sales.
