A structured request workflow

In an industrial group, each business ordered its presentations and brochures by email, in its own way. The in-house design studio spent more time qualifying requests than producing.

We designed and rolled out a request system in three languages for the whole group. The requester describes their need in a guided journey, then follows the request through to approval.

Every request arrives complete and comparable. The in-house studio starts production without back-and-forth and manages its workload from a common base.
